Hi guys!

First of all, thank you for taking the time to get back to me even with all that is going on with the mod team right now. It's going to be a big loss and she is going to be missed very much! The game is not going to be the same with her gone.

You don't need to apologize at all for the time it has taken to get back to me. It takes time to digest everything--especially when some much is coming at you at one time. Also, I have always been happy with how the mods responded to me, but when there are so many people who I RP with mentioning dissatisfaction, I thought it best to say something. After all, if everyone just complains and never tells the person they are complaining about what is bothering them, how can they be expected to change?

Better communication will be greatly appreciated in whatever form it takes. I think, when it comes down to it, that is the source of a lot of the discontent right now. Fixing that will help with so much!

In any event, much like the character I play, I am a big believer in learning from mistakes and it really sounds like you guys are learning a lot which will only make the game better in the future.

Make sure to take care of yourselves during this chaotic time!
