The people know the Uaine Cridhe as a mountain-sized gem of creation. They know its power is the source of all creation and treat it with due respect. They are aware that Shards are fragments of its powers. No one would find it strange to worship it.

Basically, big giant magic rock!

The dreaded Void is at this point but legendary. There are rumours and legends of its existence, but it is not known directly. It is therefore an article of religious faith that has little known evidence in support. Those who worship it explicitly as a divine figure may be treated as somewhat strange, even misguided or delusional. The Void has not been known to help its worshippers or offer any answers to petitions.

Most humans are wary of it, except scattered and secretive supporters. Conversion would be difficult, as few people would see and support and most are happy with their current Gods.

SUBJECT: Location/Bestiary
QUESTION: I did ask a bit about this when the game switch happened, but I would like any information on where dragons can be found in this refurbished world. I'd like for Asami to give out a quest (or a series of quests) researching their habitats, signs of their existence, maybe following up their trade (or parts) on the black market, etc. So anything that could be given as possible nuggets of information for people to discover or expand on would be great!

As stated on the locations page, dragons live in Cul Lairid Orc! Any Drabwurld native could tell her as much, and not to go near them if she doesn't have a death wish. Only their parts are sold on the black market, and typically only from very young dragons; adults are too dangerous and too difficult to kill, and the capture of a young dragon would lead to them attacking whoever held it to get them back.

In other words- be very careful with Rizhao, Asami. In fact, if Rizhao ever goes near The Cul, please send us a PM!

Thank you! How much leeway would you give someone in making up some results in tracking things down on the market? Or purchasing them? Or potentially trying to find tracks of dragons, but maybe not finding any in the wild. (Hearsay, maybe?) I don't want to assume something that I shouldn't, basically, but I'm happy to fill in blanks and specifics so I don't have to keep asking you.

I definitely will! I'm not planning on having her go there any time soon, but a few people have expressed interesting in taking part in dragon-related quests, so I thought it would be nice to start out with just getting a good idea of how they're existing in this world. Things that go beyond what's shown in the bestiary, if there's anything at all beyond that that's attainable knowledge.

You can make up what you need to! Note that a black market will need good connections, and dragon goods are extremely expensive. This is a dangerous and highly lucrative trade, so invent things within that framework!

QUESTION: What sort of climate/ecosystem does the island have? Do its existing people have any special/unique customs?

The entire ecosystem is that of the Olldath Grasslands! Cultures are extremely varied due to how spread out the people are, with variations between nomads and villages, though their mounts are highly valued in all but the fishing villages.

Interesting! Is it tropical, temperate, arid? It's on the equator, so I assume WARM but I wanted to get confirmation.

Assume it parallels African/Australian savannahs for its climate!

QUESTION: 1. Can you tell me a little bit about Leth'n on a whole? Is there a reason why they are distrustful of magic or are they just simple people who don't want anything to do with that witchcraft nonsense? Anything notable about their culture, any gods they specifically worship over others?

2. Is there a name for the island Leth'n is on? And can you tell me more about the island itself, if it's mostly uncultivated, dangerous, dark, etc.?

1. Just simple people who don't want anything to do with that witchcraft nonsense! While they accept some magic, they're very aware that it is dangerous and that many people lose their lives to magic and magic users. (They're very much believers in "Magic exists to serve man and not rule over him", to take from Dragon Age!)

2. The island Leth'n is on is called Dùil. It is mostly uncultivated, with the focus of most that go there being fishing as opposed to crops, which they can import from the mainland. Like the rest of the Drabwurld, it definitely has its dangers! The most dangerous part of the island is the water and shores due to the sea monsters, selkies, etc. that live there. Storms are also a definite concern.
